US friendly casino banking processor has pulled the plug on online gaming transactions. In an email sent to subscribers, GoldPay announced the move and assured customers that they could still log into their Gold-Pay accounts but would not be able to make any transactions

The email in full
“Recently, as a result of pending legal matters, Gold-Pay was forced to
suspend all gaming related transactions. We do not have a timleine for
when those issues will be resolved or what the outcome will be. We do
apologize for this disruption in our operations and we know this is
both unexpected and unfortunate for everyone involved. You may
continue to access your account but no account activity will be
possible until the legal issues have been resolved. Please contact us
via secure mail if you have any questions”

This comes as a further blow to US gamblers after the popular casino and poker deposit method EwalletXpress withdrew from the gambling market in November. There are very few online deposit methods left for US gamblers although it is believed that visa gift cards and prepaid debit cards are still working.
